We ask that you provide as much detail as possible. Entries are evaluated based on the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the information provided.

All fields in the application must be completed. Failure to complete the application in full and in detail may put your proposal at a disadvantage.

Before you get started, please ensure that you have a quote for the overall cost of the project. To be eligible, you must attach this quote to the application form below to confirm the overall costs. (A reminder that your project costs should total at least $10,000 to be considered eligible).
