Frontline Action, led by owner Tom Davis, operates as an entertainment company specializing in activities such as laser tag, paintball, and bounce castles. Their commitment to sustainability led them to adopt electric vehicles (EVs) into their fleet, including a 2023 Ford E-Transit and a 2015 E Sound Leaf. Since acquiring the E-Transit eight months ago, they’ve experienced significant savings, totaling $4,500 in gasoline costs for the year, inclusive of charging expenses, and they’ve avoided two oil changes. Tom also loves how the the electric van handles in the winter. Additionally, they benefited from government rebates, receiving $10,000 from the federal government and $2,500 from the province upon purchasing the E-Transit. Frontline Action’s transition to EVs aligns with their goal of moving towards net-zero emissions, contributing to a greener future while meeting their operational needs. Through their experience, they encourage other businesses to consider the practical and environmental advantages of incorporating EVs into their fleets.
