Before moving forward with your application, please ensure you meet the income eligibility requirement for this program. For your application to be approved, your total annual family net income* must be <$70,000, regardless of the number of people living in your household. Family net income is the Applicant’s net income plus the net income of a spouse or common-law partner, as applicable. For the purposes of this application, family income does not include the income of the Applicant’s children or dependents.
