New homes are eligible for the Air Sealing and HRV. Homes connected to the electrical grid on or after January 1, 2014 are no longer eligible for the Insulation Rebate program due to changes in the National Building Code which requires all new homes in Newfoundland and Labrador to have higher levels of insulation.
