To qualify for takeCHARGE rebates for electrically heated homes your primary source of heat must be electric. If an additional heating source is used your home must have a minimum annual electricity usage of 15,000 kilowatt hours (kWh).

To qualify for takeCHARGE rebates for oil heated homes your primary source of heat must be oil. A current annual oil statement or receipt that shows a minimum of 1,000 litres of oil consumption must be submitted to the utility.
